We’re looking for a friendly, confident and highly organised individual who is passionate about delivering an excellent patient experience. You’ll be the first point of contact for patients, providing a warm and professional welcome while supporting the smooth running of the practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing reception and patient enquiries
• Booking and managing appointments and diaries
• Registering new patients and maintaining accurate records
• Processing patient payments
• Providing administrative support to the clinical team
• Ensuring patients receive a high-quality, 5-star experience

About You

• Previous dental, healthcare, reception or customer service experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
• Confident using IT and Microsoft Office
• Professional, friendly and patient-focused
• Understanding of confidentiality and GDPR
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
